REGISTRATION & ONBOARDING​

How do I know what age group to register interest in?

Currently, tournaments for early 2026 are set to use a cutoff date of 8/1/2025. Your player’s age on or before that date determines their division (Example: if your player is 8 years old on that date, they would register for 8U).​

What happens next after filling out the registration form?

You will receive a welcome/thank you email after registering interest. This message will include additional details specific to the age group you registered for and/or general information. Please note that each coach will manage their own team roster; based on registration volume and interest, tryouts are possible and would take place in late January or early February.

​PRACTICES & DEVELOPMENT​

Are practices consistently twice a week throughout the entire season?

Each coach and team will be allocated two days a week to hold practices at the discretion of the coach, with the primary goal of driving proper team development. Early season practices are especially crucial and beneficial for learning core fundamentals and team strategy.​

What resources are available for coaches?

Coaches are vital to our program’s success. We have and will invest in equipment and technology to give every coach the best opportunity to succeed. We understand our coaches are community volunteers and parents who are investing their time; AG Coyotes FFC aims to provide the tools for coaches to be able to provide a great impact to each player, while respecting a healthy life balance.​

TOURNAMENT DETAILS

​How many games are played per tournament?

For the Spring/Summer 2026 season, we aim to register for tournaments that offer 3 guaranteed games, with the possibility of advancing to playoffs.

​How long is a tournament experience?

While the size of the event dictates the overall length, a typical tournament experience lasts on average between 3 to 4 hours.​

Will tournament dates change?

We do not expect any date changes. However, please note that each tournament is managed individually and can operate or adjust schedules as needed.

​Do tournaments provide prizes?

Based on experience, most tournaments hand out trophies, rings, and Tournament MVP awards to participating teams and standout players.​

TRAVEL & LOGISTICS

​How much travel is involved?

The majority of our events are located within Pennsylvania and could be considered a day trip . Our farthest travel for the Spring/Summer 2026 season is the “Battle on the Bay” tournament in Ocean City, Maryland.​
